No Application Fees but we still do our own background checking. 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with shower/bathtub combination, with Kitchen, Dining room, and Living room. Kitchen is well equipped with the most basic things you need for cooking and also eating wares. Living Room is with a study/computer desk. Bed has protector and bed linens. We provided your own cleaning tools too, so you just need to bring in your clothes. We require a one-month Security Deposit ($1,050), initial 6 Months Contract Lease and after that it will become a Month-to-Month Lease. All Utilities included, with Wifi, and water is private. Lined Parking Lot and one parking space per unit. We're outside the city limits but still very near the city, it's very safe and quiet here. We have security cameras on the parking lot and driveway only. We're near a Walmart community store, Food Lion, varied restaurants, and a Gas Station. Strictly No Smoking No Pets Allowed Overnight Guest is limited, if you have doubts about this restriction-please refer to Landlord and Tenant's Rights, regarding the limit stay of guest in a rental property.
