Condo is on the 2nd Floor it is fully furnished King size Bed in Master bdrm queen size bed in bdrm 2. Comes with Leather sofa and leather love seat 3TV. Property Amenities: has 2 swimming pools, Sandy beach to swim in lake, Tennis courts, BBQ pits throughout the property except the ones to the left of bldg.5. Water and Internet is Paid for. Electricity must be changed into your name; unless you would prefer to pay us directly when the electrical bill come in, its usually about $95.00- $140.00 depending on your use of A/C heating and or electricity. This is a quite community people live here please respect their privacy. 1. 1 year lease. 2. Free rental application 3. RENTOR MUST PAY FOR CREDIT CHECK. At the time an applicant is provided with a rental application, the landlord shall make available to the applicant printed notice of the landlord's tenant selection criteria and the grounds for which the rental application may be denied, including the applicant's: (1)criminal history; (2)previous rental history; (3)current income; (4)credit history; or (5)failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form. 4. Must wear BLUE WRIST BAND For Identification WHILE ON PREMISES 5. NO SMOKING IN CONDO. 6. FIREPLACE IS FOR SHOW "DO-NOT LIGHT LOGS IN FIREPLACE" PLEASE. 7. NO PARTYING AFTER 10pm 8. 1 covered spot parking for renter, all others must use un-covered parking or car will be towed at owners expense. 9. No smoking allowed in the condo. 10. Trash can be taken out to the trash bins behind Grey Building on the left. We also require renter to maintain the condo with reasonable cleanliness. 11. Any water leaks/ back-ups must be reported immediately so the situation can be resolved in a prompt manner. 12. No female products are to be flushed down the toilet bowls. 13. All persons re-entering into the condo after being on the beach must rinse off with water, to ensure sand and granite does not enter the condo and or plug up our drain system. 14. Absolutely NO PETS.
