There is also a private back porch, and the amazing back yard is gated and secure with patio table and chairs and BBQ that is shared with the other tenant. The whole yard is locked and secured. This is located very close to Arnold Hall and many other SCAD buildings are nearby. The area is very nicely kept and desirable. The landlady renovated the back decks and stairs (since stained gray) and the lovely yard with flowering trees and plants. I (We) care about our tenants and keep the building well taken care of.
