We are offering a VERY large discount to sublet our apartment at The Metropolitan at the 9 in downtown Cleveland (our normal rent is $2275, offering to sublease it for $1800). You will not be able to find another apartment at the 9 for this price, with this space and this view! You can even see into Progressive Field and see the fireworks at games. My husband and I have loved living here, but we just purchased a home so we are looking for someone to sublease until June 30, 2024.
