I am looking for a respectful, clean tenant to rent a three bedroom consisting of a second floor unit and a third floor studio of my duplex in Detroit Shoreway, This is a beautiful home and is great for only one person. Need someone who will be respectful of the natural wood in the house, take care of things and respectful of other tenants in duplex. Neighbors are wonderful and house sits three blocks from 65th and Detroit. Coffee shops, grocery, and bars are a walk away. Short walk to edgewater beach. General information: Third floor studio is a huge bedroom and can host one person . It has separate bath and half kitchen . Twelve month lease. Utilities are not included Fridge and AC units provided Available now Utilities (including Wi-Fi) are not included. Average cost of utiltiies is is 100-125 a month. House is well insulated, and very efficient Sorry but no pets. This home is non smoking home. There is a lovely porch, ample street parking. . Must be able to pass a background check , credit check, proof of sufficient income and have a clean rental history.
