Approximately 5 blocks from the beach, this unit is fully equipped and ready for your arrival! Located within the Vibe district, one is only steps away from great food and entertainment. 2 bedroom apartment that will sleep 5 and has a living room, enclosed porch/entry way with small bar, full size kitchen and bathroom with toilet and sink and a separate shower. Kitchen is fully equipped, linen is available and full size washer and dryer are included in unit. Tenant would have access to shared grill and outside furniture. One off-street parking spot available. An almost exact unit available downstairs, also. This is a winter rental and available through mid April, potentially into May. Ideally would like a tenant for that entire time but will work with someone. We are a no smoking, no pet property. No loud gatherings/partying every weekend allowed.
