Hello, Thank you for your interest in the Hilltop Our apartments feature: *24 hr manned security booth at entrance *Fully equipped kitchens *Wall to wall carpeting or laminate flooring *Individual central heat & A/C *Laundry facility on site *Playground *Close to schools and shopping area *Walking distance to bus line *Some ADA accessible units *Ample Parking *Each building has its own Laundry facility *A Head start Program as well as an adult learning Center are located on the Premises If you are interested we ask that you come to our office during office hours which are 9:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday so that we can show you one of our apartments & can help you complete the application which is free of charge. The only other document we need from you up front is a copy of a valid photo ID for each adult who will be living there 18 years of age or older. We run a criminal background check, landlord verification (If possible), look for evictions & credit report (We do not generally deny applicants for credit score but we do review the report). Pets are not allowed unless they are a documented service animal.
