It has its own patio entrance, washer/dryer, and a very large kitchen (it's a size of a kitchen with a gas stove, regular-sized fridge, and toaster oven). The unit has its own fully renovated bathroom with a full size shower, no tub. The studio does not have any carpeting. The flooring is made of vinyl planks and tile. The property is close to major highways: Routes 287, 280, 80, 78, 24, 10. The studio apartment is completely your own space during your stay. The home owners (husband, wife and 2 children (a teenager and a tween) live in the main portion of the house. Owner pays for ALL utilities including heat, gas, water, electric, and internet. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Maximum occupancy is for two adults. One parking spot is available in driveway. Street parking is not allowed. Applicants pay for background check. Security deposit and first month's rent are due at signing. Cleaning fee: $150 at end of stay. Mid-term rental preferred: 3-6 months
