The Chalet is a stand alone structure with fabulous views of Lake Winnipeasukee and located a quiet picturesque road right off Route 11. Excellent/quick access to shopping (3 grocery stores, Walmart, Lowes, CVS, Home Goods, etc) and other conveniences. There is plenty of parking with an optional single garage bay for additional cost. There are 3 high efficiency mini-split heating/AC units, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and ice maker. We are looking to rent for 1 month or perhaps 2 months 11/1/2023. Renter is responsible for the electricity and TV service (YouTube TV) however the water/sewer and wifi is included in the rent. The snow plowing and shoveling will be taken care by the property owner. We are looking for quiet responsible renters as the property owners live on property.
