Close to major highways Rt.80, Rt.46, Rt.3, Rt.21, Rt.280, NJ Turnpike, and the Garden State Parkway. New Jersey Transit Bus stop at the entrance of condo parking lot on Lexington Ave to New York City. Clifton Train Station only 1.8 miles away, Passaic Train Station only 2 miles away. Both stations are NJ Transit lines (Hoboken-SEC and Suffern.) There is a wide variety of shopping, restaurants, and major hospitals in the area. Two parking spots on site. The spot labeled P1 is assigned to the condo, and a separate visitors spot that is not labeled is available with parking pass laniard that must be displayed in vehicle. This is only necessary for the visitors spot. There is no commercial vehicle parking aloud on the property past 6pm every day. Fully furnished, lamp lit living room with a dual power reclining couch and a 55" flat screen TV with amazon fire stick. Fully stocked full kitchen with large kitchen table, full sized refrigerator with freezer, all electric full sized stove top range oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and dishwasher all in kitchen. Large bedroom with queen sized bed, full sized dresser, full closet, small bedside dresser, work station, and a 60" flat screen smart TV. Pets are aloud but there will be an additional fee of $100 per month per pet. Owner does not live on site. Utilities Included. Only 1 cat or 1 small dog under 30lbs is allowed. No smoking inside the condo or in any common areas of the building. Smoking inside the condo will be an automatic loss of security deposit! 1st month's rent and $2500 security deposit due at signing. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of lease term. No additional tenants to the lease once it is signed. Guests are aloud, but can not stay longer than 24 hr periods at a time. Any damages to the property, furnishings, appliances, or dining ware will be taken out of the security deposit. In the event the damages are more than the amount of the security deposit the tenant will be billed for additional costs and forfeit the entire security deposit. Onsite parking is included. Minimum lease duration is 3 months.
