Dogs OK, Cats OK, Other pets (just ask). Extra $50 added to rent per animal. GREAT LOCATION - It's a 5 minute walk to get downtown, right down the street from the UNH Bus & COAST buses, a 5 minute walk to Amtrak to get to North Station, and a 5 minute drive to the big box stores in Dover/Somersworth, Rt 9, Rt 108, and Rt 155. It's right across the street from Katz's Deli for quick food, snacks, subs, or ice cream. This apartment has a close proximity to everything Dover has to offer while still maintaining the privacy and peacefulness of a quiet street. Month to month lease.
