Hello and thank you for checking out my ad. The space I am renting is 700 Sq ft with 2 beds and full bath. The kitchen and living room are very spacious. The apartment is a high rise above the garage with steps leading up to the entrance located in the back of the garage. There is a full size driveway in the back of the property provided for you and you will also have a garage port available for parking. Laundry is located in the garage there is a washer and dryer for your use. There is a shed in the back yard for extra storage which you will share with my tenants in the house. I do not live on site and my current renter will be out by October 15th. The floors will be brand new whenever my renter is gone and also I will be painting. You will be located right in the middle or downtown Brewster with everything you need being within walking distance. Provided: Trash Lawncare Snow removal (salt and shovel also provided) Furnace filters Covered by renter: Electric, water and sewer (Brewster has their own utilities I've never seen this bill higher than 160. Due on the 15th of the month Heat: Fuel oil $70 a month all year ( I fill up the tank when needed and instead of having to pay a lump sum up front I'm just making it a straight monthly fee) Background check : $40 and will be refunded on move in day. Pet fee: 25 a month for large pets 15 a month for smaller pets. This can also be paid as a lump sum to cover year when the lease is signed.
