**Winter Rental** Welcome to High Tide (2nd floor), a brand new (2023) Hampton Beach cottage. Located in the Island section of Hampton Beach, next to the Hampton State Park. This fully furnished 3 bedroom (1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and one bedroom with both a full and twin bed) , 1 bath cottage is perfectly located just a short walk from the sand. The cottage has central heat & AC, ceiling fans in every room along with a washer, dryer and dishwasher. There's also a dedicated outdoor grilling area with a picnic table to enjoy your meals outside. There are also 2 off-street parking spots included. **This is a winter rental from end of December until May 31st. This is a winter rental available from 12/30/23 through 5/31/24. Start and end time can be flexible.
