Refrigerator and stove are included with the apartment. The apartment pictured is not the actual apartment but it is the same exact unit from the same building. The unit is currently being worked on and should be available to rent in one week. We allow one small dog per unit with a pet deposit and monthly fee absolutely no cats. Applications are in the mailbox in the middle building. If you are interested in the apartment and would like to see it you must first fill out an application. You will need to bring your photo ID and $50.00 in cash or a money order. We have many rentals and don't have time to waste on people who are not completely serious about renting the unit. Thank you for your time. All leases are for two years. No cats. No drugs, No parties. If you do not have all of the deposit we maybe able to work with you on a payment plan depending on the situation and the ability to pay. We will require proof of income.
