There is a fully stocked kitchen, a queen bed and a full-sized futon that converts to a bed in the living room. The Patio at Rattlesnake Market, a great place to have a meal, get some coffee, or do some light grocery shopping, is across the street. Its middle Rattlesnake location makes the apartment only a 10-minute bike ride or 5-minute drive from downtown and the University of Montana, yet it is close to all of the Rattlesnake, Mount Jumbo and North Hills trailheads and Rattlesnake Creek is just a few blocks away. This apartment is perfect for a couple or single person looking for a quiet environment. Price includes all utilities (water, sewer, garbage, recycle, gas and electric) and Wi-Fi included. There is no washer/dryer, but a Lemon Laundry Laundromat is conveniently located 1 mile away at the bottom of the hill. Street parking is available. No smoking or pets please.
