All interested parties will need to go through our screening process including a criminal background check and credit check. App fee is $40 per person or married couple. No smoking allowed inside the units. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up cigarette butts. Parking is off-street and is first come-first serve. Tenants will be given one parking pass per tenant, on the lease.
