A spacious basement apartment, for you and your loved ones to relax in. Essentially, a home away from home for you to enjoy. Your private entrance is on the west side of the house, it leads down a short stairway to your own private unit to the right with the only shared space, the laundry room to the left. There is two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a children's pack and play in the closet for the little ones. The king bedroom has a dresser for you to unpack your luggage and hangers are provided in the closet. Then there is a queen size bed in the first bedroom. In the full size closet you will find a luggage rack and hangers for your suitcase and clothes. There is also a smaller couch for sleeping with extra pillows and blankets available. The kitchen is fully stoked for all your cooking needs with some extra little amenities for you to enjoy your stay. The little ones were thought of with plates, bowls, silverware, and sippy cups. In the first bedroom closet there is a high chair. There is a Ninja coffee machine that can make you a single cup or a full pot for everyone. Or if you are a tea drinker, I have an assortment of teas and a kettle for you! The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a rainfall shower head. There is lots of storage for all your bathroom necessities. *Available Dec. 1st- Feb. 29th* This is a fully furnished rental. All utilities are included in rent. $100 cleaning fee per month of stay. No smoking on property. No animals allowed. Street parking only. Landlord lives in upstairs apartment.
