This is a 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that is VERY close to the hospital and driving distance to restaurants and shopping. The property is currently furnished but can also be provided unfurnished as well (monthly rent is the same). In-Unit Washer and Dryer are included for use at no charge. This 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is close to all major attractions in Greenville and the hospital. Each bedroom has its own full bath. Washer and Dryer Hook up is available in the unit. Washer and dryer will be left out of courtesy to be used for free however if either requires replacing it will be the tenant's responsibility to remove and replace since landlord will not be charging for these units that are currently present in the rental. Rent - $1400 per month due on the first of each month (prorated if started mid month) Security Deposit - $1400 Utilities - Tenant is responsible for all utilities (electric, internet, water, etc) No Smoking allowed Renewal Terms - Lease can be renewed annually by the tenant. Maintenance - Tenant responsible for upkeep of interior and tidiness of space outside of the unit. No alteration of the walls without permission of landlord. Entry by Landlord - Landlord may gain entry into the unit unless otherwise agreed for repairs, maintenance, inspections, etc. Termination of lease - Landlord can terminate the lease at any time if terms of the agreement are not kept. Notice Period - Tenant is required to give 60 days notice of plans to terminate the lease. If lease is terminated prior. Subleasing - subleasing or short term rental by others is NOT allowed Security deposit return - The security deposit will be returned within 30 days following the end of the lease minus any deductions for damages. Tenants Insurance - Tenant is required to maintain renter's insurance with a minimum coverage of all of their possessions. Alterations and decorations - Tenant shall not make any structural alterations, additions, or modifications to the leased unit without the written consent of the landlord. Tenant is permitted to engage in basic decorative activities within the unit, such as hanging curtains, and adding removable decorations. Appliances and furnishings - The following appliances are provided with the rental unit: Microwave Stove (oven and cooktop) Dishwasher Tenant agrees to use the included appliances for their intended purpose only. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the included appliances in good working condition during the lease term. In the event of a malfunction or necessary repair, Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord. Tenant agrees to abide by all community rules and regulations from the homeowner's association
