There is a coin operated washer and dryer right outside the door. It has central air and heat, thermo-pane windows carpeted floors. The claw foot bath tub is perfect if you want to soak, or have a quick shower. The small efficient kitchen has will easily meet the need of a single person or couple New mini blinds, new floors in kitchen and bath.
