We ask that all applicants wanting to be considered for rental fill out a zillow application to start the process. Tenants are responsible for their own utilities such as gas, electricity , and water, as well as taking out their own trash. Small animals are acceptable as long as their is no damage to the property and all the common areas are kept clean and free of leavings.
