First and Last month's payment will be due before move in. Sleeps 2 people. No Smoking in complex or inside condo. No pets allowed, No Drug use, No parties or outside guest in pool area. all furniture will stay inside condo. Please find a storage for your property. Electric, water, cable, WIFI are paid. Condo must be maintained and clean. Respect the property. A three day notice will be given if an eviction is required for violations. HOA rules apply. Please keep balcony clean and AC filter. Please keep additional boxes and furniture in storage. Broken vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property or large RVs or trailers.
