All applicants and lessees must be over 21 years of age. UTILITIES: Free hot and cold water. No Sewage fees. No Trash fees Residents Pay for own electric This freshly painted one bedroom apartment wall to wall carpet in the bedroom and living room. It has an equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Two through the wall air conditioning units and a wooded view. Coin operated laundry in the basement, as well as extra storage for each resident. Harlyn Properties is not a huge management company. We do all of our own maintenance!! We do not have resident managers nor do we have some flunky maintenance team. Your maintenance needs will be meet and taken care of by owners with over 35 years of experience. Sorry, No dogs, bird or reptiles cat are okay with a limit of 2 we require an extra $200.00 security deposit and an extra $25.00 per month rent Harlyn Properties pays for hot & Cold water.
