These cottage apartment homes are nestled on 46 acres of towering maple trees, surrounded by nature and scenic views of western Massachusetts. It's perfect for individuals looking to move to a developing countryside area that is minutes away from major cities. Our cottage homes range anywhere from 888 sq/ft to 1,450 sq/ft, with 1 and 2-bedroom options. All come with a garage and basement. They have similar floor plans to condos (condominiums), townhomes, villas, and cottages that are an apartment-style community. A 6-month lease is available (short-term stay) or a 12-month lease. We do not require any upfront investment entrance fees or buy-in. Deposit is required.
