Basement is ceramic finished, has deck in the back and covered porch, room zoned heating and no gas. Rent includes water, sewage, garbage collection. Tenant responsible for electricity. Deposit and first month rent is required before moving in. Also, $25 is required at the time of application for background check. You must prove steady income to apply. Owner pays for water capped at 5000 gallons/ month, tenant would be responsible for unreasonable excess usage of water, sewage, garbage disposal, tenant fees. Tenant is responsible for electric to be registered in tenant's name before moving-in. Property comes with laundry appliances, washer and dryer included in rental fee. There are late fees of $45 after the 3rd day of due date. Any damages to the property by the tenant or their associates shall be the sole responsibility of the tenant to repair.
