Fiber optic cable and internet is through Spectrum for a monthly expense of only $85 per month paid directly to the property owner. This is a required plan that is discounted off Spectrum's regular pricing. We allow up to two pets (cat or dog) with a 40lb weight restriction. We do restrict certain dog breeds, so please call for more information. Pet rent is $20 per month for 1 pet and $30 per month for 2 pets. There is a one-time $300 pet fee which is non-refundable for either 1 or 2 pets.
