About our 2 bedroom apartments: - The only utility you need to pay would be electric - Upstairs unit - Has a balcony - Very spacious layout - There is a washer & dryer in the basement of every building Our General Qualifications: - Please have verifiable continuous employment or income. - Favorable credit score (700 or Higher) - We do credit, civil, and background checks. - Your gross monthly income should be 3 times the monthly rent. - Having previous rental history is a plus. - Application fees are $40 per adult. - These are only general qualifications; anyone can apply regardless. Our Pet Policy - We allow a limit of 1 dog 30lbs and under. There is a $500 one-time non-refundable fee, and then $20/monthly for pet rent after that. Lease duration is 12 months.
