The apartment is presently furnished with the option of the furniture being taken out. The place would be ideal for a relocation or possible work situation. Tenants pay for heat(natural gas) and electricity. There are brand new a/c units in each bedroom. The apartment is newly painted and furnished with new appliances. The apartment is also fully furnished. It does not have to stay but is an option. There is plenty of storage and walk in closets. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is no smoking in the apartment. There are no pets allowed. There is off street parking. It is a private 2nd floor residence. Tenants are responsible to report any interior maintenance issues ex; leaking toilet,pipes, electrical etc. Tenants are responsible to move vechile when a plow comes for winter plowing/sanding. Trash pick up is scheduled for Wednesday. No disposal of anything besides household trash. Tenants are responsible for interior cleaning and upkeep of the dwelling.
