My kids grew up in this lovely neighborhood and now as an empty nester, I am renting it out. They played with kids in the neighborhood, played basketball, and tennis, and had the best swimming pool in the area! You have a dedicated parking spot up front and plenty of parking for guests. It's just a great place to be. The "rental term" of the lease 12 month lease required. Shorter length or month-to-month is negotiable as is permitted by local laws. Limits on occupancy Maximum 5 person occupancy. Subletting exclusions Subletting is not allowed. List of utilities Rent includes water and garbage only. Tenant responsible for all other utilities, including but not limited to Electrical, Cable, Internet, Wifi. Tenant is responsible for small issues due to daily usage like Toilet Clogging, Garbage Disposal getting stuck, changing light bulbs, and changing batteries of fire alarms. Details of your pet policy The number and types of pets allowed are "two cats" or "one dog". Proof of vaccinations of all pets is required, and pet screening prior to approving the lease. The pet annual fee is $200. Pet-friendly: fenced back yard/porch & open greens in the back for playing and going potty. Renters Insurance Tenant is required to purchase Renters Insurance with a Minimum coverage of $20,000 for personal property like clothes, furniture, and valuables, and cover dog bites and other injuries.
