Tenants with a second car applied for a street parking permit with the City of Asbury Park. - FiOS-ready. - Close to everything that Asbury Park has to offer (and Monmouth University); super-convenient without the bustle of being right next to Cookman or the Stone Pony. - Great neighborhood & neighbors. - Heat, water, electric all included. - No ocean view, unfortunately. :) 1.5 months security deposit.
