Qualification Criteria: - Must have current photo ID and a valid SSN - Monthly DTI (debt to income ratio) must be 50% or less. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Example: Gross income is $3000. Monthly debts of rent, car payment, student loans are $1500. DTI is 50%. - Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. - No evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. - Credit score must be a minimum of 600. - A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. - No smoking
