This apartment is spacious in size. It includes 3 entrances with one wheelchair accessible door. The space is filled with natural light; each room has at least two windows. Living room exits to a front balcony. This apartment is accompanied by a huge yard and off the rod parking. The location is perfect. It's about two minutes from the Eastbrook mall; about 15 minutes from UConn; about 10 minutes from Eastern Connecticut State University. Windham hospital is also about 5 minutes away. There's a natural water spring (Alex Caisse Spring) a block away from the apartment; as well as a park (Lauters park). Even though there's off the road parking the location is appropriate for non-drivers as well. It's located on the public bus route. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. The neighbors are friendly and courteous. The environment is safe and healthy. The lease will be a 12 month agreement. Rent will be due on the first of every month in the full amount of $1800.00. Rent includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, two onsite parking spots, trash removal, water and sewage. Tenants are responsible to pay own gas and electric. No pet of any kind (cats, dogs, reptiles, rodents, insects, etc.) will be kept on the premises. There is no smoking inside the apartment. Tenant is responsible for keeping the hall way, stairs and parking area clear and clean. Tenant is also responsible for snow and leaf removal in parking area and walk way. Tenant must have rental insurance upon signing of lease.
