This cozy, fully FURNISHED one bedroom apartment is part of a gracious, historic, three family house on beautiful 5 acre estate. The apt. is completely private with its own outside entrance and one driveway parking space. This APT is BEST SUITED FOR ONE PERSON, for reasons which I'm happy to discuss. This well furnished and decorated apt. includes an in unit washer and dryer as well as sheets, dishware, cookware, 50" TV, Cable/WiFi in a quiet, peaceful, wooded, nearly hidden area of Brookfield teeming with wildlife on 5 beautiful acres. PLEASE PROVIDE A BRIEF INTRODUCTION of yourself and situation. I ONLY show the unit to people I've spoken with on the phone, so including a number would be helpful. Then we can discuss a showing. Available approx. Feb. 15, 2024. Short-term lease is fine but open to long-term as well. PREFER AT LEAST 3 MONTHS. During the winter months, I ask that you chip in $50 to defray heating costs...I pay the rest of the heat along with all other utilities including snow removal.
