Located in the heart of the Sebago Lakes Region, just a short distance from three beaches and all kinds of outdoor activities including downhill and cross country skiing along with dining and shopping. The Grange features an open concept living/dining area. The living room has a new couch and leather chairs, large TV (internet provided) , media console with electric fireplace and a dining table that seats 4. There is a workspace area with desk and chair. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, a coffee pot, toaster, new dishwasher, apartment size electric range and full size refrigerator. It is well stocked. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, alarm clock with charging station, white noise machine and portable fan. Full bath has a shower with shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided and hairdryer. There is a washer and dryer in the entry area. Parking for two cars. Snow removal included. Max occupancy 2 people. no smoking/vaping on the property. No animals of any kind allowed. Other things to note The Grange features two units. This unit is on the lower level and does NOT share any common elements with the upper level unit. Parking areas are separate as are the outdoor living spaces.Make your stay in Maine a memorable one!
