Large studio apartment in the Heritage Hill area available the second week of November. This unit is a studio but has a separate kitchen large enough to accommodate a small kitchen table. This unit also has 3 separate closets. The main sleeping/living room area has a Murphy bed that is hidden behind mirrored closet doors. The bathroom has an old fashioned clawed tub. This unit is located on the second floor, there is a door from the kitchen that leads onto a patio with steps down to the fenced-in backyard. We do allow quite pets for a one time non-refundable pet fee. The rent is $950/month. It includes utilities - gas, water, and electric. There is a one month security deposit required as well. Coin operated laundry machines are located in the basement. The rent includes gas, water and electric. The tenant is responsible for trash service, internet/cable and phone. This is a non-smoking apartment. Strictly enforced. We allow quite, friendly pets with a one-time non-refundable fee of $150/pet. We are willing to accept a 6, 9, or 12 month lease. All residents must park on the street, there is no off-street parking.
