Your application will be reviewed only AFTER the fee is paid. Credit Authorization Release must be agreed to for us to conduct a background check. Credit Score of 669 or above. If the tenant has below a 669 score you must have a co-signer. Renter must provide proof of income from the most recent month Renter must provide 3-4 references. Rental History Required. If the tenant has no rental history you must have a co-signer If Co-Signer is needed, they are required to complete a FULL application + Credit Authorization Release Form. Please note this is the same process as the tenant. If you are accepted each tenant must obtain renters insurance for the duration of the rental period.
