You will have your own private entrance, two parking spaces, a small yard, walking access to the Willard Beach neighborhood and amenities. The building is shared with another 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor and will have shared access to laundry/storage in the basement. Utilities Included: Power (up to $50), Water, Internet, lawn, snow plowing Utilities not Included: Natural Gas Heating If tenant would prefer one bedroom as an office, we can remove the bed to create a more functional space for you as well.
