Lease Duration and Fees: Lease Duration: Tenants can opt for a lease duration ranging from 12 to 24 months. Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required at the time of lease is signed. Documentation: Prospective tenants must provide the last two months of bank statements, undergo a background check, and share their credit reports before moving in.
