Apartment includes a lovely wood burning fireplace, access to a nice private terrace and 2 private yards for children to play in. 2 assigned parking spots. Close to many stores and supermarkets (in a central location) and school district is Lakeland (amazing schools) The unit is the bottom level unit in a 3 family house. The school bus picks up and drops off right in front of the house. I am available to show you the apartment Sunday-Thursday from 9am-1pm.
