The second and third bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a twin bunk bed, share a full bath. While on the shared dock (the largest in Stone Harbor), enjoy fishing, crabbing, bird watching, dolphins swimming by and breathtaking sunsets. Central heating/air, WIFI and two TVs help make your stay convenient and comfortable. Appliances provided include washer/dryer, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. Park your car in the reserved parking space and walk to everything, including the beach, 96th Street shopping and restaurants, Freds Tavern, Wawa, Springers Ice Cream, Reeds and recreation areas just to name a few. There are 2 flights of stairs to access the condo (no elevator). Proof of income and references required. Refundable one month security deposit is required. Unit is available for long-term renting October through April (monthly lease up to 6 months). All utilities included, except renter pays electric.
