Two bedrooms offer king-size beds, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The queen bedroom boasts an adjustable office desk with an additional monitor for those who are hoping to travel while not entirely leaving the office behind. Enjoying the local area can be as much fun as spending sunny days at the beach. Bike, walk, or drive to Barefoot Landing with shops, restaurants, and musical entertainment. Numerous golf courses, fishing, Broadway at the Beach, Tangier Outlets, Carolina Opry, Pirate's Voyage, and so much more are minutes away. North Myrtle Beach includes a diverse selection of dining opportunities that will have you coming back for more! Other things to note: Our properties are completely non-smoking/non-vaping (including balcony and pool areas). We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only. NO pets are allowed. NO motorcycles, trailers, or rented golf carts. This unit is available for the month of January 2024. Rent is $1495 and the security deposit is $1000. A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in.
