For the days that you feel like staying in doors you are encouraged to utilize both the free Wi-Fi and living room smart TV for entertainment! This condo features all necessary kitchen appliances to make yourself at home and enjoy a meal indoors. It also includes a washing machine and dryer so you can avoid the coin laundry facilities during your stay. Come enjoy your morning coffee with an Ocean Breeze at Dolphins Watch 203, located in Carolina Dunes. Other things to Note: This property is completely non-smoking (including E-cigarettes and Vape pens) This property does not allow motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts. We only rent to families and adults over the age of 25. This condo is not pet-friendly. This unit is available for monthly rentals and is available now through March 31, 2024. Rent is $1,250 per month, the security deposit is $1000. A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Applications are accepted online only at southerncoastmanagement.com. Background check, rental history, income verification, and credit check are required.
