Just off the kitchen is a huge living room with hardwood floors. The bathrooms have also been updated with new granite vanities and walk in showers. Just outside the main door of the apartment is a small deck which is perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. There is laundry located in the apartment. Included with the apartment is reserved off street parking. Landlord pays for Water and trash. Tenants are responsible for gas and electric. If interested give me a call.
