This is a condo on the beach very nicely renovated. Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Very comfortable furniture. Price includes water and trash. Tenant is responsible for the electric(heat is on electric) and internet. The condo has a queen in the master bedroom and a full/full size bunk bed with a twin pull out trundle in the other room. The condo has a full size front load washer and dryer. It is located on the first floor, so only one set of stairs to go up. There are two permanent parking spots(you can actually fit 3). There is a large back porch with beautiful views of the ocean. I am looking to rent starting November 1 (3 months) and can rent as long as March 17th(I could rent for longer but the price goes up a bit depending on how long you want to rent). This is one of the nicest condos you will find in Carolina Beach. I do allow pets for a $50/month fee and also a $300 refundable security deposit. I have another condo one block away that is also available for the same price but it will be ready on December 31. I will not consider a long term rental because I already have people booked for next summer Fully Furnished. This is a 3-5 month lease. Pets are welcome for an additional $50/mth fee. Will rent from November - March. Price includes everything but electric. Those would roughly be $100 for electric. I have sling TV(orange and blue) which you could use for cable at no charge.
