This three-bedroom condo resides just off hole #8 at Oak Island Golf Club. It's furnished and comes with a variety of incentives. Take advantage of a short walk to the public beach access or take a ride on the golf cart that will come with this rental. Tenants will also have access to two community pools that are opened seasonally. A Spectrum cable and internet package are also included. Property is available for a 6 to 12 month lease. Tenant is responsible for water and electric. The owner will consider pets on an individual basis. Parking passes are required through the HOA. Golf cart included for use around the complex at no value. Any maintenance on the golf cart would be tenant responsibility . The condo is also no smoking. One year lease is required. We do have an application fee for all tenants over 18, which is $50.00. During the application process we do a background check , credit check ( much have a 600 or higher) , employment verification and landlord search.
