New, sturdy dining table and chairs on the balcony ar ready for your outdoor meals. Or, if you really want to eat out on the surf, walk a few steps up the sand to the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar! Sea Colony offers one of the most spacious and lush grounds than you will find in any other Oceanfront complex and features a beautiful oceanfront pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day,) and private walkway to the beach. Double sliding glass doors create indoor-outdoor living space in the family room. You will love spending time on the large 9x15 balcony while you feast your eyes on the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the community gazebo, oceanfront pool (in season,) and wonderful landscaping with expansive green lawns. The location has easy access on and off the island, avoiding heavy season traffic by using Dow Rd. Ample lighted parking for 2 vehicles in the parking area requires a fully displayed parking pass at all times. The HOA does check frequently during the season in order to protect your right to park there as a guest. Vehicles not displaying a pass will be towed.
