The owner will pay the first $100 of the electric bill each month, and any amount exceeding $100 will be the responsibility of the renter. No smoking allowed inside the unit. If it smells like the unit has been smoked in, $500 from the security deposit will be kept. Included with the rental is 1 FREE monthly cleaning of the entire unit. If you wish to have it cleaned, 1x a week, or 2x a month there will be a $125 cleaning fee for each visit.
