2 Bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Fully furnished. This home is surrounded by trees and in a quiet area. Pool is available for use along with the backyard. Please no smoking. Parking is behind the house by the entrance. Laundry is in the unit. All utilities are included in the rent. The apartment is on the bottom level of the house. We ask that the tenants clean the bathroom 1x week due to the water being provided from the well. Pets are not allowed unless it is a service animal. This property is nearby hospitals, shopping, restaurants, highway, and hiking trails. All utilities are included in the rent. No smoking or pets except for service animals. Off street parking by the entrance to the apartment. Apartment is fully furnished. 6 month rental agreement at end of agreement can be renewed for another 6 months. First month rent and security due at rental agreement signing. Tenants must be comfortable around dogs due to the first level of the home owning a dog. Which may on occasion share the outside area when the tenant is enjoying the outdoors. Owners are living on the first level of the home, but tenants are to report to management with rent and any concerns or maintenance issues. Tenants must clean the bathroom 1x a week due to the well water. Have to share backyard space and driveway with owners. Tenants must have a 620 or above credit scores and no evictions.
