Available November 1, 2023!! This one-floor apartment is located on the fourth floor of a secure renovated mill building with elevator access. The apt has a living room with a large outdoor balcony, dining area, two bedrooms, two full baths and more than ample closets. Walkin closet in the master! The master has a tub/shower and the second bedroom bath has a shower only. The kitchen is fully-applianced (frost-free refrigerator, self-cleaning range, microwave range hood, dishwasher and disposal). Up to two parking spaces(depending on tenancy-2nd space $50/mo) and an on-site laundry is also provided. We supply and pay for hot and cold water. A full-time superintendent lives at the property, provides routine maintenance and repair and is available on a 24-hour basis for any extraordinary needs. Total move-in costs are an application fee of $30.00 (per applicant), first month's rent and one month's security deposit. We allow pets but there is an up front non refundable pet fee of $250.00 plus $50.00 of additional rent per month. We apologize for this pet policy but have learned from experience.
