This is important because many guests come to us when their stay was ended because their host took a new nightly reservation. This first floor flat is all yours! Located conveniently close to the I-65, 2nd Street Bridge to downtown Louisville, The Big Four Walking Bridge and Ohio River waterfront and walking path: 2 Blocks to Big Four Station, 3 min walk 1 Block to Ohio River Waterfront, 2 min walk Walk to all the restaurants and entertainment! Walk 1 mile to Kentucky. Take the 2nd Street Bridge for toll-free access to downtown Louisville. The home consists of the living room, eat in kitchen and stacked laundry for your convenience. Queen bedroom and full bath. Ceiling fan in the bedroom and nice size closets. Completely remodeled in 2022. You'll have high speed WiFi and a Smart TV so you log into all your apps plus local channels. The home is fully stocked so all you'll need is clothes, toiletries and food.
