In this home you are 20 minutes for almost anywhere. Entertainment, leisure and fun! Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors and we live 20 minutes away incase you need help with anything. We pay for utilities and the home comes furnished. You are to take care of the home and everything in it. If anything happens let us know but it your responsibility to bring the home back to where it was when rights of dwelling where signed over. Exceptions is for the home to remain clean and cared for. Home maxes out at 4 people. No more that that allowed in the home to stay. We expect care on the house and understand get together Happen, just be mindful of neighbors and 10 starts the quite hour in the rental as well. Dogs are welcome on the property as long as we have met and ok the dog. No cats as we all are very allergic. There is a non refundable pet fee of $250 for any animal for cleaning after they leave. No smoking in the home, there is a large backyard that you make smoke in and dispose of them afterwards. I believe that's it!
